Mind Power: How Focus Determines your Reality



Do you know how powerful your thoughts really are? Are you fully aware that these thoughts, all 50,000 per day, are singularly the most powerful influences on everything that happens to you in your life and are the reason you have attracted the people you know, the house you live in and the car you drive?

In fact the sum total of everyone's thoughts is the very thing that shapes everything that exists, everything that has existed, and everything that will ever exist. You may ask then "if this is true then shouldn't it be possible to bring into existence anything we desire?"

Well the short simple answer is YES!

It is through the power of deliberate thought that we can create. While thought alone does have the power to bring tangible (cars, houses, boats) and intangible (peace, harmony and joy) things into existence often times this is not enough!  Intention, or directed thinking and believing, is enough to create powerful enough thoughts to manifest anything we want but you must also add two other ingredients.



Firstly, your thoughts must be backed by emotion. The more powerful the emotion - the stronger the thought. It is essential to create within you the same feelings that you will have when you actually achieve your desire. You actually do this all the time only in the opposite direction. For example, you think of what you are afraid may happen and all of a sudden you feel frightened, tense and may even start to exhibit some physiological symptoms such as sweating or shaking or just get the shivers. Begin to reverse this method of thinking. Think only of what you do want and conjure up the feelings associated with that. How will it feel to meet and marry that perfect person? How will it feel behind the wheel of that new Mercedes or in the kitchen of that new home?

The second key ingredient of the three is action! It is necessary to be prepared to take some action. This is a key point that many personal development gurus leave out! The action that you need to take will not be strenuous or a toil, it will be enjoyable and feel right to you.

Each of us here on the planet plays their own special role in the complete operation of the Universe. We are all One, interconnected and interdependent. Your desires will almost always come through some form of action and through connection to other people.



Your thoughts do have the power to completely change your life and circumstances. When thoughts are backed by emotion they become an unstoppable force that will carry you to wherever you want to go in life. But you must be willing to take the steps towards your desires when these steps are presented to you. For example thinking and believing you will meet your soul mate will bring you vast opportunities for meeting him/her but you never will if you sit at home all day and do not venture outside! You may find that you begin to get asked to go to places more often or get invited to a place you have never been before. You may even accidentally meet old friends or develop new friendships. This is the Universe setting you on a path to your desires. Take that invitation. Even if it is something you have no desire to do or somewhere you do not want to go, you should accept the invitation. Who knows who you may meet or where you may end up!

So remember, ingredient 1 - thoughts have power. Ingredient 2 - thoughts backed by strong emotion and belief can change the very Universe and create ANYTHING you want. And the lastly ingredient 3 - action is the last key ingredient to bringing about your desires and living the life of your dreams. Now get out there and start to CREATE!


How 8-Minutes of Meditation Give can Change Your Life Forever

What exactly is meditation? How can I meditate at home? What are the advantages of meditation? Can meditation really improve my life? It seems that so many people nowadays are hooked up with this form of activity. By definition, meditation is often used to describe the individual's state of intense attention on an object of awareness or thought. The individual tries to turn his or her attention inward. Meditation is said to be of Vedic Hinduism origin. This is usually practiced in the eastern religions but now even the western culture is already involved in such activity.

People want to practice meditation so that they can focus their mind to "God" for their personal development, to attain peace of mind, and to be healthier.


Millions of people around the world are now involved in some form of meditation. According to Time Magazine there is one meditation practice that can be used by almost anyone. This can be considered as the basic primer of anyone who wants to begin meditation but have no idea where to start.

There was a book published last November 2005 authored by Victor Davich that is all about the 8 minute meditation. If you purchase the book and study it carefully, you will learn a lot of things about meditation, and you can do it in just 8 minutes.

Almost every individual who starts with anything new to him or her will often have lingering questions, hopes, and doubts about it. There are even people who hopes that when they begin to meditate, they will be enlightened. Or perhaps you're one of those individuals who think that meditation is just like an exercise or diet that you've been trying to do for the past few months. But these things are normal; so don’t be surprised if you're also like that.




The best thing to do is to face all the positive and/or negative expectations, and after doing so, forget about them and start with a clean slate. If you want to try the 8-minute program of meditation, you should learn how to approach it one minute at a time.

While many people think that meditation is a simple practice, then you'd better think twice. You might not notice it, but your mind is always racing from here to there. You can't concentrate. According to the book's author, you must watch your breath. This is the very first step to meditation. Do your inhalation and exhalation by breathing deeply. If you always do this and just keep on practicing, you can become good in meditation. 

As a word of reminder, if you catch yourself thinking about other things, or in other words your mind strays off, focus again on your breathing. After all, meditation is all about concentrating and if you realize that you're not on the right track, you can always return to that state of mind gently. Don’t get discouraged easily and just keep on practicing. There is a popular saying that says practice makes perfect; so always keep that in mind. If you quit easily, then you will remain a quitter.

Meditation can help you in achieving peace of mind. With all your problems at work, in your family, and the entire world, you should at least experience a few minutes of peace. Don’t miss this chance to attain personal development at no cost at all.

Is it as simple as this? I hope not, I hate broccoli!


People are always asking me questions about best diets for psychics. What food are good for developing psychic powers? Are all psychics vegetarian or vegan? Is drinking beer bad for my psychic health? Is caffience bad for psychic health? Does fluoride in toothpaste block the third eye? What goods are bad for psychics? Questions like this.

There are many people in the world who are afraid to admit when they don't know something. I am not that guy, for me I love finding questions I don't know the answers to. After all isn't that what the quest for knowledge is all about? So rather than pretend that I knew all the answers, as some people would, I turned to an old friend  of mine Sifu Amin Jani. What is the difference between Precognition and Clairvoyance?


Are you an intuitive person? Are you sensitive to events going on around you? Do you often sense things are going to happen and then they do? You may have some natural clairvoyant abilities and if you are looking at how you can develop your psychic powers then you are in the right place!

Clairvoyance and her sister Precognition are often mistaken for each other, they are both part of the spectrum of Extrasensory Perception they are similar and yet there is a subtle difference between the two.

When a Psychic makes a prediction about the future, in a movie or in real life, whether its through scrying a crystal ball, or reading tea leaves or tarot or a pendulum or whatever method they use to make accurate psychic predictions, they are using Precognition, a phenomena which has been proved to exist for at least a 3-5 second period. 



In this video I will predict the outcome of five coin flips. (I think you call them tosses in America?) Whether they will land on heads or tails side up. When I have made prediction videos before people have complained that they could not see the prediction before the event I was predicting, so this time the prediction is clearly there for all to see.

The probability of accurately guessing five coin flips is 1 in 250,000 so if you think I just stood there and flipped a quarter of a million coins well you are just crazy in the head.

This is a simple training exercise that any body can do, you don;t even need to really write a prediction, just say "Heads" or "Tails" and then flip the coin, record how many times you are able to accurately predict the correct result. Probability says it should be 50/50 but you know in your heart that you can beat that don't you...

The suffix Pre means before and the word cognition means to do with the mind, or in this case thinking. Thus precognition means 'before thinking' and is defined as the ability to predict events before they occur. One common example from every day life is when you are looking at a glass and think "thats going to fall" then you watch it fall and think "I knew that was going to happen". Precognition is real and happens to all of us. I'd love to hear any examples of Precognition in your own life.

Highly Advanced Telekinesis Long Distance FORCE PUSH Exercise

Telekinesis Long Range Force Blast


In this advanced Telekinesis demonstration I will show you a simple technique you can use to increase the range of your psychokinetic ability and achieve the force push and force pull over a greater distance of space (and potentially time). Psychokinesis (PK) or Telekinesis (TK) is the ability to interact with matter using the power of the mind. 

This video shows me demonstrating the Telekinetic force push (like a Jedi or Sith Lord) from a distance of ten paces, with each pace being a length of somewhere between a yard and a meter. If you have already completed Lesson 2 you should be able to do this at a distance of 1 metre. This is a simple training exercise for those who are already passed 'paperweight' and have moved onto 'heavy metals'. Begin at 5 paces and take one pace backwards every time you succeed. I was actually able to perform the Telekinesis force push from twenty paces however the zoom on the camera wasn't really good enough to show that.

Please never use this ability or any Telekinetic psi powers on other humans or animals. That's against the rules. If we have learned anything from the likes of Andrew Detmer in Chronicle and Carrie it is that using your powers on people always ends badly.

Investigating Psychic Yogis: Achieve Siddhi Conscioussness and UNLOCK PSYCHIC POWERS

Here in the West, J.B. Rhine and Karl Zener demonstrated the existence of Extrasensory Perception in the 1930s under laboratory conditions. However in the East, the gurus and mystics in far off lands such as India and China have possessed this knowledge for over a  thousand years.



The Psychic Investigations model requires that we study the processes and methods used by those who can demonstrate Psychical abilities. Whilst India was under British rule stories would flood back to England of these wise men in loin cloths with 'special abilities' such as levitation, clairvoyance and telekinesis. For hundreds of years these tales were told and the mystics gained great fame.

These mystical Yogis would meditate all day, for weeks, months, and even years in the forests or in the mountains, all in the quest to achieve what they called 'Siddhi Consciousness' or 'Siddhi Awareness'. Once this state was achieved the Yogis were able to demonstrate these extrasensory abilities. So, what is Siddhi Consciousness? How do I achieve Siddhi Consciousness? All great questions. 

I think the answer lies in China. You see there is an incredible over lap in what the Indian and Chinese cultures believe about how the body works. For example Prana, the Indian word for internal energy or life force, is the same concept as the Chinese notion of Chi. An energy which flows through your Chakras (Indian) or Dantiens (Chinese) and can be harnessed through exercise and meditation. Whilst the Indians practice meditation to achieve this 'Siddhi Consciousness' the Chinese do it in the quest for Enlightenment. Could these two be the same thing? 

Siddhi Consciousness is when all your energies are balanced and pure, when your third eye chakra has been fully opened and you are able to channel your energy in a way which allows you access to a higher realm of knowledge. You will be able to sense things you could not before, be in tune with the life force, know things you could not know and move matter with your mind.

The Gurus used Yoga as a way to meditate and regulate their energy flow. The positions they used in their exercises would unlock any issues and allow the Prana to flow freely through their body. The way in which you position your body has a direct effect on your brain chemistry and ergo your biological responses. 

The Chinese use an exercise known as Qi Gong. This exercise is still practiced many millions of people in China who report great health benefits as well as spiritual ones. Qi Gong teaches you how to direct your psychic energy around your body using non strenuous exercise. Its very similar to Kung Fu or Tai Chi in a physical sense, yet like Yoga and mediation in a more esoteric way, both relaxing and spiritually rewarding.

My personal experience with Qi Gong has been very positive. I picked up a few moves from the great Ken Cohen and I use them daily in my routine. Qi Gong really helps with directing your energy before the release part in 'How to Develop Telekinesis: Lesson Two' where you actually knock over the target object. I know many of you have been struggling with the release part so I would suggest you practice some Qi Gong until you understand how to move the energy around in your body.

Time and time again, each case we look at Meditation is a common denominator, from Edgar Cayces trance like visions, to Nostradamus scrying in a water bowl.

EXTRASENSORY PERCEPTION: LEARN TO SEE WITHOUT EYES PSYCHIC TRAINING LESSON



Clairvoyance literally translates as "clair" clear or lucid and "voyance" meaning vision. It is a part of the spectrum of extrasensory perception and is described as the ability to see distant objects or places across space and time. It is commonly confused with its sister Precognition which is the ability to see into the future.

We all have everyday extrasensory experiences and often times we don't even recognize it as so. Have you ever known who was on the other end of a ringing phone? Its a phenomenon that has been recorded in cultures all around the world, from Ancient Egypt, India, the far east; China and Japan, to Eskimos and Native Americans. We all have the ability to see that which is hidden from us.

That's exactly what this exercise is all about. In order to build your Clairvoyant abilities you must practice revealing hidden objects. The exercise in the video can be done in a number of different ways you can mix up the variables. Other examples of things that you could use are Zener Cards, or you could try and sort the cards into four different suits. If you try this with another object I'd love to hear what you used and how you made it work.

All participants before beginning should do this exercise:
1. Sit with your back straight and your hands face up in your lap.
2. Breathe in a Pranayama style: breathe with your diaphragm rather than your lungs.
3. Relax your facial muscles and jaw, let your mouth hang open.
4. Visualize turning over each individual card and seeing what colour it is. 
5. Place each card into one of two piles, red and black.
6. See how you scored.


Telepathy Ganzfeld Experiment Mind Reading

What is the Ganzfeld Experiment?





The Ganzfeld Experiment is a parapsychological experiment which consists of two participants in separate rooms trying to communicate with each other using thought transference or telepathy. Telepathy is the transmission of information from one person to another without using any of our known senses or physical interaction. This experiment demonstrates that Telepathy is a real phenomenon, that information can be both sent and received using psychic methods.

Person A is deprived of sensory input and is bathed in a red light whilst person B views images on a TV screen and attempts to relay them to the next room. Person A vocalizes any words or feelings felt during the telepathic transmission which are recorded on tape or whatever. These telepathic thoughts and feelings are then compared with the original images send from Person A. 

The results are astonishingly accurate. Time and time again the Ganzfeld experiments have yielded results that deviate from randomness to a significant degree. But this is nothing new is it? We know that Rhine and Zener demonstrated scientifically that Telepathy is a real phenomenon, or that Stamford Research Institute showed us that Remote Viewing and clairvoyance are real too.

Over the course of thousands of experiments, by the standards applied to any other science, ESP has been proven to exist.

Three Basic Easy Meditation Techniques for Beginners

The question here is pretty obvious. What are your meditation techniques? How do you meditate? There are many people out there in need of more meditation ideas. Many websites tell you meditation is important and offer a simple meditation technique. Here we are going to look at a few examples of ways you can induce a meditative trance like state, like those used by the famous psychics across history most notably Edgar Cayce.

I generally offer the classic Hindu method of meditation to beginners as it is a simple method and is similar to what they are expecting to have to do. After all this standard meditation exercise has been spoon fed to us through the media for our whole lives since its legend came over from India in Victorian times. Meditation and visualization techniques can help to can calm your mind and enter a relaxing state. The Hindu method goes something like this:

The Classic Hindu Induction



1. Sit with your back straight and your hands face up in your lap.
2. Breathe in a Pranayama style: breathe with your diaphragm rather than your lungs.
3. Relax your facial muscles and jaw, let your mouth hang open.
4. Begin a mantra of gentle "Ohm's" allow the word to 'drag slightly' as if your singing and you will experience a vibration sensation in your body.
5. Clear your mind of all thoughts and allow a gentle stillness to overcome you.

However this classic Hindu style method may not be the meditation technique you are looking for. Everybody thinks in different ways and may need different meditative methods for inducing a trance like state.  The work of Franz Mesmer into mesmerism kick started a revolution in trance induction in Europe and thus many more inductions were developed. 

The Candle Induction



1. Light a candle and place it on a solid surface where it cannot fall.
2. Sit down approximately one metre away from the candle with your legs crossed.
3. Focus all of your attention onto the flame, watch it dance.
4. Relax your facial muscles and jaw, let your mouth hang open.
5. Clear your mind of all thoughts and allow a gentle stillness to overcome you.

This candle light induction is more more useful for those whole are visually minded and struggle to concentrate for long periods of time. You will be amazed when you notice how easy it is to 'zone out' using this meditation method. Soon the area around the candle will start to disappear from your sight and a white blankness will start to form around the edges of your vision. Sound interesting? Altering your perception through meditation... Well this next one will blow your mind. If you are the kind of person who scares easily then this one isn't for you. If you are still wrestling with the idea that using psychic powers may be some kind of dark satanic thing then this next meditation is not one for you! 

The Dark side Induction



1. Light a candle in a dark room at night and place it on a solid surface opposite a mirror.
2. Sit down approximately one metre away from the candle facing the mirror with your back to the candle.
3. Ensure that the candle is in an area behind your head and that you cannot see the flame in your reflection.
4. Relax your facial muscles and jaw, let your mouth hang open.
5. Stare into your own face, and observe the surreal events that occur.

This last method is not for the feint of heart, trust me it will show you things that you won't believe. Your reading this now in your chair or on your phone thinking "pah!" and those people I challenge to try this. The frankly weird things that you will see differ from person to person. There are those who claim they have had precognitive experiences while doing this exercise, for me something much more terrible happens.

I generally look for heat differences. Sometimes one container may emit a warmer energy than the others, sometimes one stands out because it is extremely cold. It may be different for you but you with certainly notice a change in your biology. Maybe a tingling sensation like spider sense! Who knows. We're all different.

Uri Geller demonstrated this very skill at the Stamford Research Institute, so why not give it a try?

REAL HYDROKINESIS

A simple demonstration of real hydrokinesis.

What is Hydrokinesis? Well... Hydrokinesis is the ability to psychically influence liquid water with the power of the mind. Some people know this as water bending or aquakinesis. Hydrokinesis for beginners would see you making small ripples in still water, maybe in a glass or bowl. The more advanced hydrokinesis could see a person create giant whirlpools in the ocean, or a massive tidal wave that could potentially destroy a city or kill many people. (Which would of course be against the rules of telekinesis)

If you are interested in hydrokinesis training then here is an interesting training exercise I found for hydrokinesis beginners that may help you learn hydrokinesis and how to bend water with your mind.  

"Once you think your ready for hydrokinesis take a medium - large bowl and fill it with Water. If the bowl is glass this may be easier because you can see all of the Water within. Now place a cork or something similar which floats in the bowl and wait for it to settle. Once it has settled, close your eyes. Sense the water in front of you, feel its energy and merge it with yours. See in your mind's eye the link between you and the liquid. Feel its smoothness, its cool healing properties.

Now try to mimic those feelings within your own energies. You and water are one and the same.Just as you have control over your own energies, so too do you have control over water. Then Open your eyes. Look at the substance within the bowl. You are a part of it, and it is a part of you. Keeping in mind your connection with it, will(command) the water to move, just as you would with your own energy. Make it start to swirl in the bowl, always getting stronger, always gaining speed. It is you. Continue to do this until you feel you have succeed or are in need of rest. Don't over do it on the first few tries. Have a mental rest after, you need it!"

Astral Projection How to Astral Travel and the Ashakic Record




In recent weeks many people have been sending me questions about astral projection, what is astral projection and how can we project ourselves into the astral plane. The notion of Astral travel is that it is possible to separate the astral body, spirit, or soul or whatever you want to call it from the physical body and travel any where across space and time.

In modern society we associate this with out-of-body experiences (OBE) and near death experiences. We've all heard stories about people who were in hospital and felt themselves leave their physical bodies and found themselves looking down on themselves in third person. This kind of phenomena has been proved to exist.

The Stamford Research Institute did experiments of this kind with Ingo Swann, Uri Geller and the like for decades. We also know from our research into Edgar Cayce, The Order of the Golden Dawn and Madame Blavatsky that they used this method of Astral Travel to visit what the Hindus and Tibetan monks call the Ashakic Record.

Its a phenomenon that has been recorded in cultures all around the world, from Ancient Egypt, India, the far east; China and Japan, to Eskimos and Native Americans. The Japanese describe it as "a manifestation of the soul of a living person separately from their body." Which I feel sums the whole idea up nicely.
But how to do Astral Travel? Well we know that these kinds of experiences can be induced through sleep and dreams, illness, surgical operations, drug experiences, trance work, sleep paralysis, hypnosis and forms of meditation. We also know that Cayce, Nostradamus, Blavatsky, the Tibetan Monks Ingo Swann and the remote viewing research team at SRI used meditation and trance work to induce this state.

I have tried to Astral Travel in the past and have done many remote viewing exercises. The problem with these though, is that while i am able to produce detailed accounts of the things I saw in these astral visions it is difficult to rate the accuracy of my results.

I have proposed a simple experiment to test whether Astral Projection is possible.

A group of volunteers will meet up in a set location in the Astral World. Every person involved will bring one item with them. It doesn't have to be something they own, its the astral world, they can bring whatever they like. If they can visualize it then they can bring it. The next day the group will report any feelings or ideas that they picked up from the night before.

All participants before beginning should do this exercise:
1. Sit with your back straight and your hands face up in your lap.
2. Breathe in a Pranayama style: breathe with your diaphragm rather than your lungs.
3. Relax your facial muscles and jaw, let your mouth hang open.
4. Visualize a bright white light surrounding your heart
5. Visualize this white light getting bigger and bigger until it engulfs your entire body and forms a protection white light shield around you. Allow its warmth to engulf your entire body, from head to toe. 
6. Imagine a staircase in front of you and visualize your astral body walking up those stairs while your physical body remains in place.
7. Focus on the days location. Observe everything, all detail. Look around and use all seven senses.


I would suggest doing this just before going to bed. Don't worry if you fall asleep while doing this. Lucid dreaming and sleeping have been shown to be useful in Astral Projection and allowing your subconscious to think further on the experience can only be a good thing.



Be sure to take notes on what you have seen in the morning.

Learn Telepathy Training Exercises and read peoples minds!

Many people ask me the question what is Telepathy? Is it possible to know what other people are thinking?How can I learn to read peoples minds? Telepathy is the ability to transfer thoughts with the mind of another person. This is a popular psychic power in fiction and is often deemed as supernatural or paranormal. But I can assure you: it is very real.

We know that Rhine and Zener were able to demonstrate the existence of this psychic phenomenon in the 1930s at Duke University. They demonstrated in their experiment that telepathic communication between two subjects was indeed possible.

In this article however we will be looking at different ways in which you can train your mind to be receptive to telepathic messages and images. Do you often lay in bed at night and can hear voices despite nobody being around? Do you finish other peoples sentences or just know what they are going to say? You may already have a telepathic gift.

A telepathic connection is usually stronger between close friends and or family. Famously twins have a very strong telepathic bond and the psychic connection between mothers and their children can be just as strong. Some research shows that married couples who have been together for many years also demonstrate this kind of psychic skill.

In order to train your telepathic powers, and read peoples minds, you will need a friend to help you. Sit opposite each other at a table and take it in turns trying to send out and receive telepathic messages. Look into the other persons eyes and just say every word  that comes into your head, don't be afraid to be wrong. That is part of the learning process. Often if you don't get what the other person is thinking they will tell you and you'll be all like "I thought of that but didn't say it!" so make sure you say everything you think of no matter how silly or unlikely you think it may be.


The original and best Telepathy training exercise.

However for me the classic Zener Test is the best way to train your mind to send and receive telepathic messages. If you haven't already got yourself a set of Zener cards then what kind of a psychic are you? Get a friend to think of one of the five shapes, circle, star, wavy lines, square or cross and try to listen to their internal dialogue. Raising your hands to your temples does seem to help...

About the Third Eye - How to open your 3rd Eye




One question people ask me regularly is what is the chakra associated for clairvoyant abilities? There are 7 chakras in the human body, each is responsible for different things. The root chakra, the spleen chakra, the solar plexus chakra, the heart chakra, the throat chakra, the mind's eye chakra and the crown chakra. 

The sixth Chakra: The third eye.

Studies show that the more mystical traditions, like those of Ancient Egypt, the Guru's and Swammis of India, and the Chinese have long known that the pineal gland to be associated with the psychic third eye and works as the connecting link between both the physical and spiritual worlds. It located on the middle of the forehead above the brows.

Opening your third eye is important in developing extrasensory perception and improving your psychic powers such as: how to see the future, astral projection, telepathy and precognition. 

In the brain the Pineal gland is responsible for regulating our more primitive survival based urges including thirst, hunger and sexual desire. It also plays an important role as the pacemaker for our biological clock. This means that if one were able to manipulate this area you could slow your perception of time and even slow down the aging process. Its this important link with time/space that makes the 3rd eye so important.
There are many different exercises that one can do to open your third eye. Doing this simple exercise for about an ten minutes a day will really boost your psychic powers and increase your ability to predict the future, read peoples minds and see far off places.

The Pineal gland is photosensitive (this is how it regulates the body clock using circadian rhythms) so the best time to do this psychic training exercise is during the morning. Find a comfortable place in your home or garden where you know you wont be disturbed. Light a candle or some incense or whatever...


     1. Sit with your back straight and your hands face up in your lap.
     2. Breathe in a Pranayama style: breathe with your diaphragm rather than your lungs.
     3. Relax your facial muscles and jaw, let your mouth hang open.
     4. Inhale, and as you exhale say "Ohm", drag the word out and let it vibrate through you.
     5. Repeat for about ten minutes.

You will notice an increase pressure in the center of your forehead, or you may hear a pulsing or throbbing. These are good signs and shows that your third eye is trying to awaken. (However if this pain doesn't fade away after a couple of minutes I would suggest you stop with this exercise.) I always tell people that you can't just say I want big muscles and get them, you have to work hard, go to the gym and eat right. This is exactly the same with increasing your psychic ability. In the early days your 'psychic muscles' are weaker and you need to do these exercises to build up your power.

HOW TO DIRECT YOUR PSYCHIC ENERGY CHAKRA AND DAN TIEN



Chi is the vital life force that flows through all animate objects. It is a manifestation of your will and interal energies. Similar concepts can be found in almost all cultures of the world. In Japan it is called 'Ki', the Guru's of India call it 'Prana', the Hebrew word for it is 'Rauch' and the ancient Greeks knew it as 'Pneuma'. The ability to focus ones Chi, or Psi, is an important part of developing Psychic powers.

First one must enter a 'trance like state' there are many ways of inducing a state like this, the easiest being to stare at a lit candle, and as you watch the flame dancing you will find your self relaxing in mind and body. You must be relaxed and have good posture for Chi to flow correctly through your body.

When you are in a deep trance like state you must focus on the area known as the Dantian. In Chinese culture the Dantian is considered to be the center of Chi energy and is an important point of reference in neidan, qigong, neigong, tao yin, meditation, as well as in martial arts and in traditional Chinese medicine.



Focus all of your energy in the lower Dantian. Draw Chi from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Build it all up in the lower Dantian and feel it swirling around inside your body. Its interesting that Indian system of 'Chakras' and the Chinese idea about dantians has such a large over lap. Note that all three dantians, have corresponding 'chakras'. The upper dantian is comparable to the Anja Chakra, which is found behind the psychic third eye, the middle dantian is like the Anahata Chakra, which is found near the Heart and the lower dantian which is the same at the Muladhara or the root chakra. 



It can be helpful to visualize your chi as a ball of white energetic light. When you have manifested all of your energy in the lower dantian, or the the root chakra then you must allow your chi to flow from here to the middle dantian. When it reaches the middle dantian you must double the size of the ball. You see that multiplication is a subconscious act and if you imagine an increase in your chi then it will be so. Finally move the ball of energy into your minds eye, or the upper dantian. Again double the ball in size.

Now imagine that there is an invisible force connecting your psychic third eye with your lower dantian. Allow your ball of Chi energy to flow back down to the root chakra and form a psychic loop. Now no chi can escape, and you are able to repeat the process over and over. Swirling the chi through your body, multiplying its power time after time until you are ready to release it on an unsuspecting object.

HOW TO DEVELOP TELEKINESIS LESSON 1:

Want to learn how to develop your telekinesis abilities? Telekinesis or TK is sometimes revered to as psychokinesis or PK. It is part of the spectrum of Extrasensory Perception, alongside Telepathy, Clairvoyance and Precognition.

It is important that you first understand the concept that Telekinesis is a transfer of energy from your body through the air and to a target. Its not as easy as just trying to move an object, there is a whole ocean of activity in the air between you and your target. You will notice after practice that you are able to easily displace this air.

For this training exercise you will require:

                 1 piece of paper

Tear a small square of paper, for beginners I generally recommend a cigarette paper, as it is almost the perfect size and is lightweight therefore ideal. Make a crease down the center of the paper and position it on a table or other flat surface about one meter away.

By focus your mind, and directing your energy you will force the paper to move.

During this exercise visualize that you are practicing under water. You will soon learn that the air behaves differently from water: That far greater force is needed to create waves. This is because the molecules in a liquid are much denser than those in a gas. You must master forcing the paper to move.

This is an important step as it helps you to understand the fundamental technique behind Telekinesis.
